Return Window and Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
Products must be new, unused, and in their original condition
Items must be returned with original packaging and accessories, if applicable
Both defective and non-defective products are eligible for return
Customers must contact us before returning any item to receive return instructions
Returns requested after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Only new products are eligible for return or exchange
Used, altered, or damaged items (not caused by transit issues) are not eligible
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide the following information:
Your order number
Clear photographs of the item and outer packaging
A brief description of the issue
Based on the situation, we will arrange an exchange, replacement, or full refund at no additional cost.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified by email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Refunds are processed within 7 business days
A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is completed
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the processing period:
Check your bank or payment account again
Contact your bank or card provider, as processing times may vary

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns under the following conditions:
Items returned in used or altered condition
Returns requested after the 14-day return window
Items sent back without prior authorization
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible items within the 14-day return window.
Products must meet the same condition requirements as returns
Exchange requests are subject to product availability
